This week the full-time person started and I've tried to show them the ropes as I have days off for the next 48 hours and nearly 2 weeks off at the start of December, so they need to be ready for the workload without me. I'm SO grateful for them because I dread the backlog I return to after days off - it's customer service, so if it isn't managed, it frustrates many people, and I don't like being on the receiving end of grievances 😅 All I need is adequate support and now, hopefully, I have it. 😊

If this was the correct route to Go and the Word Resiliency . Which I Have Never Heard in my Life .now I've heard it on TV shows. I've heard it in messages. I've heard it in songs. I've heard it's so many times in the past 2 weeks. It's ridiculous and my job is literally based on resiliency like that is one of the main words in my training a month ago, and teaching people how to be strong and have hope in traumatic experiences.
