As amazing as this video was, I couldnt help but to be reminded of how lonely I was as a kid. Literally EVERYTHING you did to burn time- Juggling, Rubik's Cubes, Card Magic, Piano, Math, Puzzles- I'm good at now because I had no friends in school lmao

I love how even after losing my older brother/best friend at 15 I still did his last bit of advice/wish for me and that was to graduate. I finished the rest of the year even after my school said I could finish it the next year even through tears, bullying, crippling depression, and finding out I have the same health issues that he had, I finished school and am now able to look back and am so proud of seeing where I am now. I am know I am still trying to figure out what to do with my life almost 3 post grad but I did it ❤

What I love about myself is that my self talk always is positive. It's kind of embarrassing but I pretend like I'm talking to a friend that needs my support when talking to myself. It really helps. Your self talk is critical and when it is positive it helps you stand back up and keep going. I love that I have always had a positive and healthy self talk.

My favorite thing about myself is the way I listen to people and how I know that I can and will grow and change, the fact that I really try to accept myself and the mistakes that I made and overall just trying to spread love even though sometimes my demons get the best of me. And also my self awareness which can be the source of crippling overthinking sometimes but however I feel like I can turn it into something good
i love how much I've grown and taught myself to love who I am. it was a struggle for a whole but I'm finally happy and I'm proud of my hard work.

i know this is dumb but i was depressed last year, i had really bad toxic friends and i wanted to die. i started high school, yes i'm young i know, but i had the choice to leave my friends and i did. i now feel so free to do anything and visit therapy, i love that i'm alive and i finally understand what being happy is. i'm proud of myself for overcoming the worst time i have ever felt and dealt with.

I struggle to find things that I love about myself, but I have been working on my mental health and self image/confidence. So I guess you could say one thing I love about myself is that after all the shit I’ve been through I am still able to hold on to hope for a better me with a better future. Also Elle you are literally living my dream right now! I have major wanderlust and I want to go to a cabin in a National forest with big beautiful trees and a lake.

The best thing is how I taught myself that if I wanna do better I’ve got to do it so I stop procrastinating and stopped going to sleep at 1am which is something I’m proud of!

Ok i feel like, she is still scared of being alone with her thoughts, I don’t know if the point was to fill up all her time by keeping busy to fill the hole internet left but it would be cool if she just didn’t bring anything with her maybe a book a to journal
911chinchilla agreed, seems counterproductive. the fear of being alone is a lot deeper than just putting yourself somewhere away from people. you have to take time to explore yourself, your thoughts and get to the root of your fears. she only distracted herself the entire time, not allowing any true healing to take place.
