- Big Brother season 15 winner Andy Herren joins host Sharon Tharp this week for the eighth installment of the "Winners Weigh In" series. In addition to giving his thoughts on BB25, Andy opens up about his experience as the winner of a controversial season and how the perception of his "rat floater" game has evolved over the years. He also reveals whether he's interested in playing again and how he and Helen knew each other before they played the game!

I identify with Andy the most out of all the BBUS winners, and not just because he’s a gay guy. His social game was on point! He’s funny, smart and always have insightful reads on people. He saved his entire season by winning it.
My heart broke for him when I heard about his mom. I wish I could give him a hug, I know how much I needed it in the months following my mom’s passing.

I always enjoy listening to Andy's insights into the BB game. A winner who fully embraced the label of a floater and making it en vogue in the BB lexicon. He took the blueprint of being a floater and just about perfected it.
Another amazing interview, Sharon! I have so much respect for Andy as both a person and as a game player. He’s so right that his win ages like a fine wine. I love how much of a fan he still is! And that story of him and Helen connecting pregame is very enlightening and adds more context to their in game dynamic. Lmao at asking about Helen Was Pushed, this is why you’re such a great interviewer Sharon!! Also that’s great that he’s out there living his best life and still keeps in touch with a solid group of people. I think he would be great on the Traitors! His cat is adorable. Also, my condolences to him on the loss of his mother ❤️ I lost mine a couple years ago, so unfortunately I can relate.

@@NYChica23 LOL I have seen all time best players lists done multiple places and most have him 4th or 5th best player all time, despite that he only played 1 season. Not sure how that is not giving him ample credit.

wow this interview is amazing. he's so good at explaining things and made me respect him and his gameplay more. I don't like how Floater strategy is so disrespected bc it's a house of cards you could say the wrong thing one time and it's over, if you lean more on a side then you could be targeted.

Andy Herren is my BB creepy cabbage patch kid collector that everybody is ashamed of, yet so proud of, LOL, and I totally agree on his rankings. I wasn't even gonna watch, then saw Cirie and bam - by the end of the first week I had it pegged as a top six; by the Izzy move, it's a solid five.

I absolutely love that interview. So interesting what Andy said about alcohol. I recently started feeling the same way and basically stopped drinking alcohol for the same reasons.

Big brother 15 was the season of getting big targets out and somehow andy was able to maneuver that while aligning with almost all of the big targets (Candice, Helen, Aaryan, Amanda, Elissa, McCrea)
Even when he won HOH he went after Jessie (someone who considered him as a number 1 in the game) when it was so easy to just get power hungry and go after the threats. Such amazing gameplay
The Season is better the second time around. This interview inspired me to watch again and I'm enjoying it much more. I guess I was blinded the first time around by the HGs I couldn't stand. I do wish Andy would have talked more game in the DR.

It’s tough. Andy doesn’t get the recognition for his game, he was a lot more strategic. Jun said it best about the stuff she said getting her cancelled, it’s a different time. The issue is Andy was a huge bystander on his season and enabled other people. Agreed with Helen not getting invited back, though production favoured Judd. Though the show ‘ production needs to take accountability for casting and events happening.
It’s funny that he labeled BB25 as the best recent season. He just said the same thing about BB26. 😂

Like it or not, Andy deserved to win. IMO Andy was a coaster, not a floater. Andy had his ear in every conversation in the house. Andy used the sounds of the cameras to follow the action in the house. When all the cameras started to move in another room, that was a sign that some action was going on in the house and Andy coasted to that room. Andy should've been in All Stars 2. God knows they needed a real player in the house that season.

Very interesting interview, both from a gameplay perspective and from a "society at large" point of view. I knew Cody was trash, but that he is THIS trash is somehow still a little surprising. Absolutely disgusting. And Andy is spot on, it is infuriating that some people get dogpiled on while people like Cody and Jeff get to be CBS darlings despite the horrible shit they said and - at least in Cody's case, apparently - continue to say.

Lol I’m disgusted and disappointed with this season of bb. I’m not sure the best person will win due to the interference of production but I’m hoping things will pick up. Great show.

I disagree with Andy. Dan Gheesling found himself as the 5th wheel in the Quack Pack alliance with Ian, Brittany, Shane, & Danielle. Those duo’s would never target one another before him. So it was Dan’s funeral and the rest is history.

Amanda and Spencer being his best friends is sus to me. They were saying legit racist stuff so I don’t get why he’s defending them. Amanda in my opinion was a lot worse than Aaryn. And hasn’t she scammed old people since then. Them being his friends says a lot.
