I just wanted to thank you for showing how you make your protein drink. I have been drinking one every morning for a few months. The only thing I add is a half of a banana. So far I have lost 41 pounds. I drink one for breakfast eat a pack of cheese crackers and smoked pork rinds for lunch and a reasonable supper. Again thanks so much. Love the channel.

This is a fun project to watch. It got me thinking you might be able to make a coffer dam, maybe one of the water filled ones resting against the boulders in flood years.
It’s really difficult for most people to envision what something will look like without seeing the final product, I could see what you wanted it to look like great job
Great video Dirt Monkey! Cant wait to watch tmrws video to see how you build the otherside of the wall on Shangra la and see the finished project! Love watching all your videos! Lift with your knees!
That reminded me of a line from the simpsons. "remember-always lift with your back with a twisting and jerking motion". Homer simpson. I love that line- Have an awesome weekend.
Great start, Stan! Already looking nice. The bigger boulders definitely define the back of Shangri La. Can't wait for the next video to see what else transpires with this project. Thank you for making these videos. I know its a ton of hard work that goes into making just one but it's really worth it in the end. Truly, both entertaining as they are educational. If invading water was an issue with this building, why didn’t you just make the first floor a “wash through”, and then add another floor on top of the upper floor? This could be a lot of work for naught.
I agree. Might be if it floods again he may change his mind. Most of the beach houses here on the East coast are basement wash through with extra on the upper levels.

So you jerked the dirty tarp...I mean "rocks" off your fireplace and stuck them on the cabin? Those rocks you had hauled in look great.
Is that fake rock wall from Universal Rocks?
yes. same company- I love their stuff.
Quick question, how come you didn’t use a liner for this Boulder wall and in other jobs you do? Thanks for your insight!
