I have to be honest. Sometimes, when I’m angry or frustrated about something that has happened I don’t allow myself to feel the emotions I’m experiencing or give myself a chance to reflect on what just happened, but without allowing it to have a strong grip on my mind. Recently, I’ve noticed how I’ve become really quick to anger and frustration seems to seep in my corner a lot, this meditation has helped, and now I’m being more mindful about accepting and letting things go.

It is sometimes difficult to find a meditation like this. Thank you so much for this!
To whoever is reading this I ask you to close your eyes and repeat “I am not this body, I am not even this mind.” You are god experiencing this human life from this unique perspective. Nothing is permanent, so relax and enjoy the ride. We are all one in the end.

You are correct. But also, if God is everything and everywhere, then God is also the thoughts and emotions and body and mind 😅 there are so many levels to this all! lol!

I had someone physically/emotionally abuse me, witnessed someone lose it on drugs and get arrested in a traumatic way, and my uncle almost died. This guided meditation helped me let go of the anger so much! Love the steps with the fist and the shoulder. Really effective. Super grateful this exists. Thank you.

I started this meditation in an angry, teary mess. I've ended in a teary mess. No longer angry though! Feel like I definitely released something, thank you!

I also been waiting. Thanks. Just yesterday healing session, talking about how society forbids it. Orthodox traditional. I found peace in my soul when I started exploring healing process. Be kind, it is okay. Balance.

thank you for this practice. I was having alot of crap from the past come back up at random while playing my guitar. these thoughts come through out of nowhere and random, i dont like delving the past or getting stuck and i literally looked up "release alot of pent up anger and frustration meditation", then this popped up! this video is much appreciated

I woke up with a painful left wrist and looked for a utube on resentment because that was what I needed to get rid of . This is what I found, and I am so happy since I could feel a 50% improvement in the pain & use. This has shown me that the psin here was due to my thoughts when I woke up. I am going to do this until the pain & use of my arm are completely pain free.

Thanks so much for this🙏. I don't often lose my temper but when I do I am like a bull in a China shop and say😤😡🤬 and do things I don't really mean - which I regret afterwards. It happened today😢. Now replaying meditation and getting back into a kinder place. ❤

I was stuck with food at my oesophagus' level from a childhood severe trauma...
Which is a medical condition called oesophagus achalasia (your sphincter becomes hyperactive and block the digestive peristaltisme...)
I knew right away it was psychosomatic 🤦‍♂️
I've tried EFT and breathing but nothing evolve...
Than I got on your meditation about anger and boom!
I did regurgitated like a "baby" the "toxic food" and everything get back to normal...
Sad because yesterday I went for a traditional hypnotherapist to help out my "inner child"
And today I was in some grudgy mood, for many spiritual reason 🤷‍♂️
I'm having a cup of hot green tea to help my body relaxe more.
Thank you because, I has helped me out to release a very angry trap emotion and a feeling of injustice over all... 🙏

Well let me tell ya, I felt way better, BUT, I know it worked. I got up had coffee, was looking at videos and saw this I e, just had a father pass away who decided to cut me out of his will based on stuff said by other siblings. I took the high road……again, forgave him, but I feel myself now and then having angry thoughts, I deal with them by acknowledging them but it’s hard, so I saw this meditation and said hmmm, let’s do this. When I was doing meditation, part where you grasp yiu left shoulder, I did then all of a sudden, my dog started to lick my arm, then I continued and she started to howl a bit, she knew I was releasing anger ect, dogs sense that stuff, so I know it worked thanks.

It's very frustrating to recommend anchoring joy, saying it's in the description, and then have to guess which one of the meditations that reference joy (none of which are named anchoring joy) if you could clarify that would be great
