Thank you for your comment. I'm so sorry for the late reply - I've been terrible at replying to comments on my videos the last few months with my health being rubbish, but I'm trying to catch up now so I can then hopefully keep on top of them! Thank you - same goes for you lovely xxx

I'm bedbound so found tour tips unhelpful because you believe that we have friends and family. That is not true for me. I have a brother but it's very difficult for him to understand my illness. Also with M.E I get a sore hoarse throat from talking after 5 minutes and I crash. You seem to be able to talk for a long time and very fast. I also have brain fog so could not keep up with you. I would like to listen to any you do about being bedbound. Thanks

Thank you for your comment - I really appreciate you taking the time to leave one . Sorry it's taken me so long to reply - I've been struggling to keep on top of things with my health, but getting there slowly! Thank you for your feedback Skye - I'm sorry to hear you found my tips unhelpful. I think it can be difficult to give advice that everyone can relate to, as we all experience chronic illness so differently. This particular video was predominantly aimed at using my experiences of being housebound to try and help people who might be having to shield or self-isolate for the first time as a result of the Lockdown. But any feedback is helpful and will help me work on making future videos, so thank you.
I feel lucky that I haven't spent long periods of time being completely bed bound, but would be happy to work with some people who do have that experience to try and come up with a helpful video. I'll have a chat to a few people I know and see what I can come up with (and if there's any tips/advice you would give to others who are bed bound, please do let me know and I will include it in the video).
I don't know if you use Instagram, but I have a friend on there called Anna, who spends a lot of time bed bound with her M.E and makes a lot of content about her life. I'd really recommend checking her out if you are on Instagram, as I find her content really gives me a greater understanding of severe M.E and she's very relatable too - instagram.com/teapartyform.e/?hl=en
Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you are doing as well as possible today xx
