You’re not rich enough to get it. Ever wonder why the most expensive homes in the world are near each other in big cities like Miami and LA?
Ultra-wealthy people have no problem living next to one another. Also, youre obviously paying for the water views not a cruise ship view. And you can't forget this is Harbor Beach. The most exclusive neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with private access to the beach. I think it's worth the money!!
