    Great overview. Succinct. To the point. No fluff. Truly a high-level overview that provides context for someone new to the tool who is trying to understand it at its base, foundational level.

    Good overview - where should we start once our strategy is clear to get things going in a typically grown system environment?

    Excellent video. Do you know much about the security of client information on the platform? How easy is it for sensitive information to be compromised? This is my fear when deciding on a CRM service.

    This is a great video. One quick question: I am a Career Coach and Resume Writer, does the HubSpot Service module include billing/invoicing functionality? Thanks.

    • @SimpleStrat
      @SimpleStrat  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Bernard - not sure what you mean by billing and invoicing. Your best bet is to probably find a billing tool that integrates with HubSpot. You can easily search on the HubSpot app marketplace to see what might be there. Quickbooks is a popular option.

    Does Hubspot work for agency level digital marketing, as in having multiple businesses coordinated within the tool?

    • @SimpleStrat
      @SimpleStrat  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      HubSpot is designed to have one business per "portal". If you have multiple businesses running on HubSpot, you can have access to different portals, but essentially, the operations backend usually stays separate. Each client (if this is what you're asking) would have their own portal.

    Hi, Ali. Thanks for these guides. Just wondering if deleting all contacts in HubSpot is preferable if I was to export all contacts to clean up the leads list? I will import the "cleaned up" contacts list afterwards. If I won't delete the original contacts in HubSpot, will importing the edited contacts list result in duplicates? Looking forward to some tips on this matter. Thanks!
