    Love seeing how much more spontaneous, relaxed and just overall more comfortable with the camera you've become (it shows your personality more) ever since I started watching you about 6mo ago. Some of my favourite moments from this video were when you snuggled up with Lola after the first alarm went off at 5am, then that hand gesture you did as you were getting ready for the day in the bathroom and the caffeine kick in after just a couple of sips and the change in mood+behavior xDD loved it! :) thanks for the entertainment

    5 am morning girl here, I have been waking up very early for some time now because my husband starts work early and we wake up together 😊 in the beginning it’s very hard and feels weird but I would suggest everyone doing it, it makes such a difference on my mental health and productivity 😍😍

    Yay for trying! I would suggest, like others have said, maybe starting with 6 or 5:30. Gradually wake up earlier as the week progresses, but make sure you're going to sleep a little earlier, too. It'll make a big difference! Also, I've found if I make my to-do list or goals the evening prior, it makes getting up that early so much easier because I know what I want to achieve for the day. Good job!

    The second book is my favorite in the entire world. I listen to it on audible when I’m feeling down and it feels like a hug. I’ve heard this book probably about 100 times. It’s soooooooo good!!!

    You were sooo relatable in the morning when you were grumpy lol! I wish I could be an early morning girlie but I also really struggle! I have read the ACOTAR series and I liked the third book the best, but tbh I preferred her other series Throne of Glass!

    i'd say that you need to try to doit for quite a while before you body learns the pattern so that you dont pass out at 10 randomly or maybe you'd still do, but you'd be in your bed by then caz i think for one to get up at 5.30am long term they do need to sleep at around 10pm
    and as always thanks for the vid, i always think that you already seem very productive even when you're not getting up at a crazily early hour.
    dont push yourself too much Annika, you're doing such a fantastic job already.

    This waking up at 5 am to be productive is such an illusion. I naturally wake up at 5:30am and I‘m productive at that time cause that‘s just my time I‘m wide awake I never drink coffee I go straight to working at my desk so on. But my brain is done at 2pm max and I sleep very early. You should just wake up and structure your day when you are most productive. If your a night owl waking up at 5am makes you actually less productive. Same as for me going to bed or working at 1am sounds awful and nothing good would come out my mind lol.

    For me it's baklawas. I could eat them AT ALL TIMES, even though they are so sweet 😅 I don't like the versions we find in Western Europe however, they're way too dry for my taste (and they oftwn replace the honey by sugar to cut down the cost...) - they're always better when I go to the Balkans. 🎉

    I’m a morning person and have been since I was young (I literally went to school during high school at 6AM for classes that start at 8 lmao) but I always need to nap throughout the day 😂 how do you not take a nap like three times??

    Probably bullshit. Humans most likely should wake up Naturally with daybreak or with the sunrise, not forcing yourself to get up and beat everybody else at it. Who cares what anybody else is doing? I mean yah you definitely have more time in the day, but I don't think it is some monumental life changing event to do it each day expecting some epiphany to happen. Just do things Naturally.
