their ability to use the imagery and concept of bdsm to represent the Literal inability to break away from their compulsion is INSANE. like truly incredible. personifying their "demons" as one another with the mirrored choreography and push and pull... they are musical geniuses and performers, and it's so amazing to me how well they portrayed this concept. INCREDIBLE. truly deserves all the praise.
also stray kids really have helped me so much over the past few years, and i will forever be thankful for them. love these funky little dudes

I've seen comments talking about how Chan and Lee Know's Drive use "driving" as a metaphor for sex and Chan and Hyunjin's Red Lights use sex as a metaphor for obsession and being a perfectionist / slave to their work and I think that's so fucking brilliant. I love that Skz are experimenting with a more mature concept now. Also, will you notice how Chan is the common factor? the core strength hyunjin has to hold that pose while dancing is so insane!! I knew he is super strong and always works hard on his dance, even chan said he is second strongest in skz (only after chan himself he said lmao), but stunts and stuff like that really remind me of that and i'm amazed everytime please the upper back is the only supported part, i'd be shivering trying to dance that and he makes it look like it's nothing to him. All the points made in this are so true, I found Stray Kids at a dark point in my life and they have completely brightened my life and made me more comfortable in just living and being myself.

I got into stray kids seriously around a month before this comeback. (I heard their biggest songs before that but didn't go into them too much. They are actually the first K-pop band I got into since 2010, after my first love SHINee.)
Unfortunately I have no one around me irl who likes SKZ (my younger sister is into K-pop but for some reason borderline hates the boys, so we don't talk about that much lol teenages are gonna teenage I guess).
It was nice to see others share their love for the guys like this. Makes me feel less isolated in my admiration tbh.

Also, thank you for explaining about Tall-people Syndrome and why Chan does stuff like that. In a recent (not the most recent but within the past 2 or 3) Chan’s Room, Chan gave STAY head pats and praised STAY for our support of them. But then as he was giving himself pats on the back, he told himself he needed to do better and such. My heart hurt when he did that and I yelled at my phone that he needed to know how amazing he is and that he doesn’t need to do better because he already does his best!!!
