When doing this affirmation my heart chakra became tight ,I felt energy moving through my arms,shoulders and I have a stabbing sharp pain in my upper back😢. My chest is tight

Oh, I am very sorry to hear that..I have not heard/read of people experiencing sharp or stabbing pain from love affirmations. It sounds a lot like a pinched nerve through sudden tensed up muscles. You could try to stretch very gently to relax the muscles or apply a hot water bottle. Since I am not a doctor, please seek help if it persists. I hope you feel better soon ❤️
