Honestly this is definitely something that would do if I saw someone crying in the bathroom, why the heck am I in a club no clue but that's beside the point. I'm very nosy and I don't like seeing someone hurting so I'll try to help as much as I can so with that being said, I formally and humbly request a Part Two to see where the rest of the night goes.

My response would be less "let's hang out" and more "do you want a hug?" I mean, there's being the rebound guy then there's trying to pick her up while she's crying over the breakup that literally just happened. Shooting your shot while someone's that emotionally vulnerable just feels kinda icky.
