Caylus bro,to calm Saiko down try being as close to her as possible,let her steal the keys u own(she would probably tease u with the key but she'll be more interested in the key and teasing u soo...) ,when u find a dairy give it to her,if she gets out of hand run around the stairs in a loop to calm her down I think this works in either Yandere or Yangire mode
I would have to say this game was definitely a lot scarier then the other girlfriend games that you played and I got scared when she popped out of no where
