    Flew to Boston in 1988 in the Aer Lingus 747 and haven't been stateside until April this year when we went to New York on the Aer Lingus A330 .

    That short hop so late at night is really tough on the body clock! A daytime flight would be so much more pleasant!

    Did the airline provide blankets?

    • @SimplyHaney_
      @SimplyHaney_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    When did you fly and were the updated mask rules in place?

    • @SimplyHaney_
      @SimplyHaney_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      End of April beginning of May, the new rules were in place but we were required to wear a mask the entire flight.

    Hi, were they strict with the carry on? I'm bringing a rolling carry on and a bookbag as my carryon but my bookbag is regular sized not small like the 10 inches they states for bookbag sizes

      I think you’ll be ok? We have a pretty big duffel bag and no one said anything.

    Question, are there storage under the seats to store your personal items? The website say there is a spot to stowaway personal item bag under the seat but I cannot find a video reviewing this part of the seat. Hope you can answer. Thank you!

    • @SimplyHaney_
      @SimplyHaney_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is, it’s not very big. My laptop bag barely fit. With an item there, you also lose leg room.

      Not sure if you made your trip yet. Item bag must be under your seat during takeoff and landing. Once the plane is above 10,000 ft, you can pull it out and drape your legs over it. Much more comfortable.
