It was a fantastic tour. Yes, Peter was not as energetic physically on stage, but he did seem to be focusing heavily on singing correctly, which I prefer. His voice hasn't been this good in years. He's doing far less of the silly vocal affectations.
He does look kind-of sad and frail like hes only halfway into it... Strange because the last 6 years he has been putting out a lot of music and touring a lot. Given how well he must have done in the 80s, 90s and the 2000s to a lesser degree he must be very well of financially. So why would he be making more music and touring more the last few years than he ever has in his entire career?!? All I know is Lion is his best album since 1995s Cascade... Glad to hear him shine again hopefully that will translate onstage soon for him.
