The reason Indian cards are prohibited for forex in nepal and bhutan by RBI is because we have open border policy. This was misused for money laundering by criminals and also makes no sense to deplete forex for friendly states. Thus, this decision.

@Prakash kumar he was complaining in the vid he visited pashupati nath that he had to take off his shoes and pay ticket for nadia (ofcourse you expect a tourist fee and no entrance for nonbelievers in the most sacred temple of lord Shiva, and the biggest disrespect was he returned from the gate, yes it is wrong to leave nadia behind but once you are at a temple, in our culture, unless somebody has died or birthed or emergency, you should visit the temple and atleast pray...
