- Just letting water flow to the small lake because the exit drain was clogged up on the small lake and it took me a few days to get it free from the junk.

Then it must be a major slope, which is not, because the amount of water rushing in is not even half coming out of the pipe. There is a major clog, even if you disagree. It's just physics. Good video though.
About a 2 ft slope the pipe is clear

I was thinking the same! Internal blockage as no debris was coming out the exit only dirty water and the entry kept submerging lol

Debris pile that you made is representative of what is going on inside the culvert. Until you unblock that debris inside you will never have full drainage. It should be raging out the exit !😮
Why clear the blockage by hand when you can use a heavy machine to clear the blockage
Only if you have heavy equipment setting around or can afford someone to come do this a couple times a year!

You should see what big machines do to culverts I seen a lot on culverts bridges and ditches they distroy them
