People on any bw star level cheat even 1k+ stars, i'm a 300 star (pretty horrible for my star) but 100-200 stars arent even that good unless its a really sweaty 50 fkdr 5000000 finals egirl/eboy skin name starts with "i' "o" and it has x or q or z and shi like that in it, kinda same for 300 stars but at 300 people actually start to be kinda decent (if were comparing to the goat) overall the average 100 star isn't that good (keep in mind im saying average) but all around people cheat in any star you can find a 20fkdr 8 star alt cheating or a random 1.3k star boosting and cheating with another cheater
Yep random put it pretty well. In fact, I'd wager the most likely ranges for people to cheat at are brand new accounts, and then second would be high stat good players. Same reason that dream cheated at speedrunning even though he was pretty good at it
