I think it was the song being played the same one played at the celebration at the hospital when the patient recovered from COVID it reminded dr lim of having COVID and almost dying
If you remembered during the covid episodes the hospital staff would play that song when someone recovered from covid and was being discharged from the hospital. I didn't realize it until I re-watched the episode and saw that it triggered her PTSD which lead to her violent outburst

At the time, if her PTSD was starting to affect her ability to work, make questionable decisions and eventually have conflict with many people at work one by one and many of which were kinda uncalled for and out of her usual character, then at some point, its going to blow up in her face. In fact, with the way that she’s going, there’s a good chance she may ended up killing someone because of this... so Claire had every right to try to do something if Dr. Lim wasn’t going to help herself.
