Go to Freepik.com and search for any file you want to download, then go to the filter panel and filter, you will see Photos, Vectors, Icon, PSD, Videos, etc... Click on the PSD, then if you don't have a subscription, you will see under the filter too, FREE and Premium, click on the Free.... So, whatever it is you are seeing after applying the filter, they are all PSD and you can download them for free.
