Puppets of Nanda's, Bagan, Myanmar

A special performance by the Nanda's Restaurant puppet troop including musicians performing on traditional instruments. There are five skits which this video has excerpts from including; Blessing from Buddha, the Horse and Groom, the Magician, Procession of the Young Boy Becoming a Monk, and the Village Couple. Sein Myint Aung is the puppet (marionette) master and Ko Win Htay leads the orchestra, the solo singer is Daw Htay.
