I feel like doing the suitcase carry and the waiters carry at the same time negate some of the Ab work you receive. It seems more of a workout of your concentration and will than an Ab workout. The waiter carry alone (with higher weight due to having more focus ) would give better results, surely?

megsquats you can make whatever fun you want, still those exercises aren't gonna be exactely core exercises wherefore they lack any amount of under body (i.e. Hip) instability, thus beeing prerequisite for inner core activation. The rest of the exercises does that to a certain degree pointing out 1 and 7 for the walking which is basically standing on one leg periodically and the externally applied rotational force your body has to counter. Ofc i'm no fitness youtuber nor pro power lifter but i wanted to give some constructive feedback because you are a really hot hipster chick (even the eyebrows;)) nonetheless. Make of it whatever you sense is right.

I do heavy ass weighted planks and front squats. I need to change it up for a month or so the movements are getting stale so thanks for this.

Do the kettlebells provide any specific advantage? Could you do the KB movements with dumbbells?

2 & 7 on the other hand target your core pretty well.
