Everytime I see this video, I cry again. My best friend was in this choir. She passed away 9 yrs ago and I still miss her SO much! She was a friend when people knew how to be real friends!
Awww I'm sorry for your loss, she is with the Lord now and you will see her again in heaven one day. I believe I was in this church when this was recorded, I'm not sure it was almost 20 years ago, but my church invited her and I remember I loved the service so much. I went to say hi to her at the end of the service Karen gave me a hug and one of her worship cds, I listened to it a million times! And I just came across her not long ago, again after 20 years I still love this kind of worship and feel such an anointing when I listen.

The doctors knicked and artery and she bled to death. I moved to Washington State in January of 2005 to be with family. I never wanted another friend like her after losing her. Man makes his plans but God directs his steps. My closest friend now is just 2 yrs younger than my grandma would have been (my grandma passed away 5 yrs ago). I was in the Victory Choir at this church but had to step down due to major depression - I wish they had known it was due to my ex-husband cheating and being abusive but that was 21 years ago now. Doesn't matter anymore. God has raised me up. I used to watch the sign language interpreters and wish I could do it but thought I would never understand. Now I am a registered interpreter. I had the best training. Again, my friend and instructor also passed shortly after my grandma as well as did my mom. Lost 8 people that year (2018). But God is good. In 2019 I got my first grandson and he is the joy of my life.
I love this song, we used to sing this at church and everytime it was sung the Holy Ghost filled the church with singing, shouting, crying, and every awsome prescense of the Holy Ghost.

I've used this song to start prayer , it's the hallowing of His name. Today , coming here to start my prayer I saw myself putting on the armor of God. A warrior preparing for the battle, while singing the song, as a battle anthem, before going into the battle. God would send the tribe of Judah in 1st, Judah means praise, before the battle. You wonder how to war against the enemy? I actually start by placing the helmet of salvation on my head. When children are little have them learn to go through the dressing in warrior armor before school. Scripture teaches us that this is the divine strategy for warfare, “Judah will go up first”. So when you find yourself facing a battle of any sort, remember to let your praise to God go up first and your victory is already determined. If I was sick unto death of accident I want this song playing 24/7. When my children were young I wish I had one of those old intercom systems that I could have bible audiobook playing 24/7 as we slept,
