Tabo monastery in Spiti is one of the oldest monasteries in Lahaul Spiti district, Himachal Pradesh. This week in Tibet and the Himalayas, we interviewed Tabo monastery’s abbot Tenzin Kalden Waka Rinpoche and his attendant Ven. Ghen Sangpo about the history of Tabo monastery.
