I don't know... It looks great but there's something about the shoulders that just doesn't feel right. Overall a good figure but I like the SHF better. Great video man!
It honestly looks great, and the lineup at 10:10-10:58 confirms it for me. Not sure what the complaints about the legs are. It's an obvious improvement from the Homecoming sculpt. The iron spider looks great too.
Great review my friend! Love the figure, the texturing etc but FFS the gaping torso joint is just too much for me! I so wish Mafex would just TRY to make that joint with less 'overhang'/less noticable.
Yo same I love this colour combination as well Spiderman is my favorite I just love this suit I do wish they added white outline on the spider and added a Tom Holland head sculpt mafex nailed it with the head sculpt that is coming with the night monkey figure oh man I really wish it was included

Totally! i don't know what people are seeing here, this does NOT look an athletic superhero in the least; cone legs, knock knees, no muscle tone and that torso piece looks like a cut-off tank top from the 80's ... add to that the limited mobility in the torso and terrible hip joints... The sh figuarts destroys this in all the above categories... just wish it had a bicep swivel and you have the perfect spidey pose and vanilla posing spiderman

@@games_on_phone89 i went through a weird winter in 2013/14 where i went a little crazy through winter blues lol... spent a ton on figures and a lot were investments too... i also bought 15 of the 18" toybiz lol (my second fave) among a ton of other figures... now i just collect a select few... posing is my favorite part of action figures and Spider-man has the coolest movement and posing style of every fictional character, period. In truth i only mentioned the Mcfarlane so you can understand my style preference: inhuman anatomy ... muscles that LOOK like they actually have some weird spider dna in them, suit that looks more like bodypaint than material... not just a human in a suit (n this case an out of shape human in a suit). Truth be told, I've posed this guy extensively and he actually looks pretty special in some poses.
I love mafex Peter b Parker it has insane option to display and play around like it could also be your average Spiderman and it come with 4 pair of feet and like 8 pairs of hands and webs and a jacket with a wire and sweat pants and 4 heads like wow and a coffee mug hand and a pizza and a stand it's crazy Mafex is my favorite import Brand and favorite action figure brand I believe it's better than shf and mezco have you seen the mafex iron man mark 85 it makes shf look like a cheap fake no off the mafex one looks like the hot toys one but smaller and more articulation and it has more accessories than shf it's just amazing but I will say I would rather get sentinel toys mile it looks more screen accurate I lover the colour and the Matt finish also I love the accessories but I do prefer the cloth clothes then soft rubber and it's not so easy to break since the joints are tiny I like small figure though
I like this newer body, I think it makes Spiderman look a little more athletic. Enjoyed the review mate!
This figure kinda makes the Homecoming version look outdated. The other one always looked too skinny, this looks more like Tom in the suit

Yeah and the sculpt is odd. For all their qc issues cohesion and sculpture are Mafex figures strengths. But not with this one.

The Mafex Spider-Man FFH scales well with the comic Venom, unlike the comic Spidey.
