Very useful, in todays digital world one must know, how to use notion database to organise, track, and make digital notes on the go. Thanks a lot for your efforts, I learned alot.
I am starting my journey to build out my Notion Second Brain, and I am starting with habit tracking. This is exactly the way that I want to do it. The other trackers have the habits as properties, but when you want to add a new habit in the middle of the year all your analytics will be off because it will go back and add unchecked box for all previous days. I feel this one allows more flexibility to add more habits as you go.
Great video... your templates really work well with my brain and what I think I can use to achieve higher productivity! Thanks for your time, very good and thorough demonstrations clear instructions 😀
The good tutorial, make another tutorial again for notion until everyone can organize ideas well and create new pages and gain new knowledge This is really meat science
Hello, I followed the tutorial you provided, but when I click the "Start new day" button, the time of the day order appears as evening, morning, afternoon. When I checked the order in Properties -> Time of Day, it was correctly set as morning, afternoon, evening, and the sort is also set to "descending" for time of day. How can I change this order? Thank you for always making great videos❤
You can manually change the order in the group settings. If you click on the three dots in the top righthand corner of the database and select 'group', it will allow you to re-arrange them. Make sure 'sort' is set to 'manual'.
mine as working great, then something happened and when I click the button the task name is "Untitled", but when I edit the button it shows Name as Drink Water
When I start a new day, the reverse order appears, with evening first and morning last. I've already tried sorting ascending and descending, but it doesn't change anything. Can you help me organize it in the right order please? Is there any other way?
Sure, you'll need to change the order of the items within the button. For some reason, the button adds the pages in reverse order so you'll need to just reverse the order within the button itself. Hope this fixes it!
@@creative_cove Tks for the answer, but unfortunately this doesn't work... I had already done this test, I just did it again, but it only changed the order of the tasks within the period list, but the order in which the periods of the day are displayed remains the same, with evening first, afternoon and morning last. Do you know another solution to solve it?
Hello, thank you so much for this tutorial! I'm learning a lot from you. I have a question: Am I not supposed to be able to add duplicate task lists after I set the filter to this day when I click the button? I followed all the steps, but when I click the button, the daily lists still keep adding.
The button is set to duplicate all the tasks every time you click it. The idea is that you would click the button once a day to add all of the tasks again to start fresh :)
You could definitely add all of your weekly habits to the button but the only issue would be setting the date property, I think you'd need to select the dates manually
Thank you so much! This was so useful! I am new to Notion & I am still getting used to it. I watched so many tutorials that did not work, but your tutorials always work! 🤎

You might have multiple steps with one of them named 'Untitled'. If not, then it might be worth just deleting the button and creating it again.
