@@reddman1229 I use the iron gym pull up bar, I bought it from craigs list years ago. But they sell a variety of doorway pull up bars on amazon. Some of them look better than the one I have currently.

Are there any full sized double end bags used with suction cups or just this one?
You could try, but the full sized bags will have too much rebounding force and probably yank the suction cups off the wall

Hey so I have installed this and used it successfully… packed it away and used it successfully again .
3rd time setting up (and I’m literally 100 more times overs) I cannot get the tension right. I haven’t broke it, maybe I had beginners luck the first few times but now I just can’t get the tension right and the foam ball kind of bobs up&down on the way forward and back after striking. Really frustrating went from 100+ in a row to now only 2-3 and it’s time to start again. Any tips for the tension??

No, that’s more for hand eye coordination and timing, can’t really work head movement and combination punching

@@csquaredboxing Thanks, I would love to see a video of you working out with the reflex double end ball, it is all I can hang in my apartment and I would love to be inspired by you giving this a full workout, further would you recommend using training gloves or heavy gloves with the reflex double end for a more challenging workout?
@@tuffgong2568 I have one of these and thought I'd give u some feedback..yes you can use ur training gloves but for a real challenge i recommend just using handwraps and no glove..that way takes Alot more prescion on ur part to accurately place ur punches..with this ball, its all about the Accuracy and Form you have when throwing..
obviously, its Not about power .. its Timing, accuracy, form.... this ball will bounce up and down if u dont hit it perfectly square on , so u become really conscious of how you are directing ur energy ,thru good form into ur punches...U dont need gloves for this ball becuz its so light and it wont chew up ur hands....if u can work it cleanly with no gloves, you will find it a walk in the park when u put gloves on, almost too easy..
How’s the speed on it when you turn the tension high? Does it replicate a heavy double end bag well? I’m planning on using a heavy duty command hook and not a suction cup and I’m hoping it can handle high tension
