I just found your channel and love this card idea. I am new to watercolor and this one looks like one that I might be able to do. You mentioned that the bulb was mask with contact paper. Is there a trick to putting it on so that it comes off easily? I have not tried it yet, but I know that contact paper can be very sticky. Am I missing something? I appreciate any help you can give me.
Thank you and welcome! The contact adhesive paper is removable and extremely gentle on the paper. It comes off effortlessly. The link for the paper is in the description of the video. Happy painting 🥰😀
Again with explanation🤗…, okay you catched me…. Subscribed….💕looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful work. Big thank you! By the way, I also like your kind of talking 💕
Thanks very much. I have a lot of videos on my channel where I use this technique it is so much fun! They sell them at the Michaels Art store in the stamping section but I recently got one from Amazon that is used for nail art actually but works fantastic for bokeh: amzn.to/3tGbZa7
Thanks, Carol :) Here is a link for Micheals: www.michaels.com/folkart-dauber-set/10046398.html. I went a few days ago and got some just like this a different brand but they look exactly like this. A piece of tissue covered over the bottom of a pen, sponges, small brush that you can lift the paint in a circular fashion are a few things that come to mind. 😊🥰
@@sharonmcmann-morelli4896 if your paper is to dry it won’t lift. You can try reactivating the paint by spritzing it with water from a spray bottle. Try practicing on a piece of scrap paper first. Hope that helps 🙂 you can also use circle stencils or anything laying around the house that you can use as a stencil and a damp brush to lift the paint.
Thank you so much for watching my video everyone! If you like my artwork please subscribe to my channel❤🥰
Very, very nice! Not overly complicated, the blue ornament is beautiful!
