- George was asked to go around and do a quote for the customer. When he was shown a massive patch of blackberries in the backyard, he basically said it wasn't something he was overly keen to do. He did throw a number at the customer, but it was well outside the customer's budget, especially as it was a rental property. He was then shown a pile of green waste at the end of the drive, and they agreed on a price. After that, he offered to do a full cleanup on the front section at no extra cost. The tenant was super happy with the arrangement and booked George to complete the work. All up, he spent around 8 hours on this job, including 2 trips to the landfill
