- After graduated, “Diao” got a creative job at Food Delivery company and moved to live with his sister “Dao”. Dao bought this house with her boyfriend but when they broke up, she could not afford the rental fee alone, so Diao came to help. Fortunately, Dao’s house has another small house beside which Dao could rent out to lighten the load of expenses. This led a perfectionism like Diao felt worried about new tenant who would share this house area.
However, fate works in strange ways. New tenant “Rak” had nothing at all in common with Diao. Not only his misbehave brother kept looking for trouble everyday which led Diao felt annoyed, Rak also became his boss and often ordered him to revise his works. The war started when Rak was the boss in the office while Diao was the boss at home, made other people around were in trouble unwillingly.
After being together, Diao and Rak had been realized positive side of each other. From rivals turned to be lovers but could not disclose in public since they both carried many expectations. Will this secret love succeed? Stay tuned on #one31

The canned laughter wouldn't be so bad if were used sparingly, and at appropriate times, but it's way too much, I hope someone informs the editor that the comments are filled with disappointment of it's use.
Please discontinue "laughing" sound effects, they sound absolutely un-real and they are very annoying...But good start to series ...love his suit.

Please get rid of the canned laughter. I stopped watching after one minute and I am sure it will put a lot of viewers off watching this series. Can't stand it. It's fake and intrusive. If the actors can't be funny using their own talents then what's the point? Please consider this. Thanks.

The canned laughter is so inapropriate. It is more of a mock than a comedy. Ten minutes in and it was over for me. Who did the laugh track? It made no sense. Next time try a series without a fake laugh track and, if you think that you must use one, forget that thought.

1) English subtitles are available, you just need to change the language from Thai to English
2) The fake laughter (which I thought was a joke) doesn’t stop. It’s grating to continuously hear it, even when things aren’t near funny. If the dialogue and actors can’t make it funny, don’t force us to hear laughter!
After 10mins of what feels like continuous background laughter, I am deciding to not watch this. Really wish I could mute the laughter, it doesn’t let you enjoy the dialogue nor does it stop being annoying. 👋 ✌️

*Sometimes these BLs are kind of thing for me where one guy acts like "Gu Hai" who's literally obsessed and naughty while other is completely a stubborn but smart and punctual like "Bai Lyo Yin." The scenario make the story more interestingly intense as long as there's this sexual tention everytime they encounters to see each other again and again, no matter how funny the characters or the plot is and no matter who the seme or uke is. "My sweet dear, Semantic error, Paint with love there's may be many more.* ❤️❤️
Me too! Really love this kind of love-hate relationships where the main characters are cold and distant but eventually warm up to each other and become cuties 🥰😊
