Hay algunos constructores que los refuerzos para unir tapa y fondos , lo hacen de unas tiras continuas , luego con un cuchillo le quitan material y queda con secion triangular
eso nos evita cuando se hace la ranura para los perfiles , que la cola no arroye por los aros en el interior. Hace unos dias vi una guitarra con los zoquetillos separados 2 o 3 mm ,
eso puede hacer que la cola arroye por los aros en el interior .
Cada vez que veo estos videos me da nostalgia cuando veía a mi abuelo construyendo guitarras, tuve la oportunidad de adquirir la ultima que hizo en 1984 y es una joya.

No conocía personalmente a Manuel Adalid , si oído de él y sabido de su trabajo como gran guitarrero . Estoy encantado de conocerlo por medio de esta entrevista. Su trabajo avala su gran experiencia en su trayectoria profesional pero también por su sabiduría, madurez personal y humildad. Es verdad también ( y muchos no se dan cuenta) dar las gracias a Maderas Barber por ponérnoslo fácil en adquirir toda la materia prima y las herramientas para nuestro oficio. Además de poner a España como referente mundial, acompañados de la mano de los mejores guitarreros artesanos de España, en la construcción de la guitarra española y flamenca.
Es una alegría para nosotros poder contar la historia de Maderas Barber junto a los grandes constructores de la guitarra española y saber que es un contenido interesante para tantos luthiers y aficionados a la guitarra.

Tengo una Adalid Modelo 12 de granadillo y abeto. Excelente relación calidad/precio y soy feliz cuando la abrazo y toco en ella.

Hay un tipo de puente del modelo de Torres . La Leona , que es diferente de los puentes
que se usan normalmente , me gustaria obtener el plano para hacer un puente de ese tipo.
Todavía tengo mi guitarra Esteve tope de gama de 1978 y estoy enamorado de ella. Bien es verdad que yo le hice algunas modificaciones que la mejoraron y la han estabilizado, pero la base era muy buena. Siempre he recomendado las guitarras Esteve por la buena relación calidad-precio y porque Manolo, a quien conozco personalmente y por el que tengo un gran aprecio, siempre se preocupó mucho por investigar y mejorar constantemente su trabajo para conseguir buenas guitarras.
