If it isn't turning on at all, I'd try leaving it on charge for a couple of hours then seeing if that has fixed it. If not, then contact Momcozy support at support@momcozy.com :)
@@pumpingmilktheir support has been the worst. I spent good money to buy this and it won’t even work. They are refusing to refund when I haven’t even used it. They sent me a defect. So if anyone is watching and reading this do NOT buy momcozy in preparation for your baby. W ebought one back in May to be prepared and they are not honoring their warranty. They DO NOT stand behind their product. I will have to go through my credit card company to submit a chargeback

Anyone have issues with a dead pump on arrival? My pump wont turn on at all
