Briggs, your respectful and understated narration of facts I never knew, coupled with mellow music and astounding cinematography, make this one of your best videos ever. Bravo.
Awesome video, Briggs. Glacier National Park in Montana wasn't featured, but I highly recommend it. Be sure to make your reservations online for the sections you want to visit. You can avoid the reservation, if you get in before 0600 or after 1500. Watch out for ground squirrels, the most aggressive animals in the park. 😂 A follow up video on National Monuments would be appreciated.
He called Glacier Bay NP, Glacier, and forgot to mention Glacier NP in Mont. You're right about it being wondrous. The mountain goats can be pretty aggressive when they smell corn chips.
I just wanted to add, you're a fantastic presenter. Your excellent voice, great content and footage, tasteful appropriate music, great topics and editing - nobody does it better!
The national parks I've seen: Arches, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Everglades, Grand Teton, Shenandoah, Virgin Islands, and Yellowstone. And like Briggs, I feel like there's so much more I want to see. Mammoth Cave is next in my travel plans. Briggs, it would be cool if you made video of the largest or most-visited state parks in all 50 states.
I must commend you on this video! Excellent speaking voice. Just the right amount of information on each park. Now do the rest of the national parks. Thank you, respectfully, Wally
And all you had to do was sign your life away before your brain was even fully developed enough to make a life threatening decision like joining the military. I love my military, I just hate how people are used as pawns in another persons agenda. 😔 Thanks for your service! 🙏
This was one of the more relaxing and peaceful videos I've seen from this channel. Just nice to watch and listen to the music and calm narrative. It's a nice break from the usual sarcastic voice narrative.
Mr. Briggs. Thank you for such a wonderful overview of our national parks. I would really like to see more videos of America's national parks and monuments. Here's another idea; make a video that highlights some of Oregon's state and county parks. Ecola state park in Cannon Beach immediately comes to mind.
If you do state parks, please don't forget Palo Duro Canyon State Park in Texas. The canyon is the largest one in the US outside of the Grand Canyon. It's impressive because it seemingly comes out of nowhere. The land is flat and all of a sudden, there's a huge, beautiful canyon. Thanks for all your videos. I enjoy them.
Nice video; brings back many memories. Having been stationed in all four corners of the U.S. during my twenty four years of military service, I consider myself blessed to have seen many of these national parks.
You should do a video on the most family / community oriented cities / states in the United States! I think a lot of people are wanting to move away from the hustle and bustle, but not to live lonely, but to live in community.
You missed the smallest National Park: Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO, which is just a city park along the Mississippi River. Elevated to N.P. status in 2018.
I love my national park pass. Best $80 I spend, every year. Love being able to just pull in and see some of the most stunning sites I've ever seen, anytime I'm passing by and have the time.
Great video. I’ve visited a few but well under half! … so I’ve been super impressed with some of the state parks. Northern New Mexico has some great ones. Have fun out there
State parks! Yes! I'm guessing you'd have to do it in segments because each state has so many state parks. But I wonder...are Army Corps of Engineers reservoirs considered state parks or something else? Thanks, Briggs! Another fabulous video!!
Great video!! Being from Philly, there aren't many national parks around here but there are tons of state parks and preserves around here that deserve some love! -Rick W
Out of all the national parks I love Saguaro NP the best. I just love the Sonoran Desert. But Yellowstone is a close second having lived there for 4.5 years. Great video Briggs.
I lived in Death Valley National Monument back in 1979. It became a national park in 1994. I wish my legs were still good, I'd go back there for a job. A friend of mine, Susan worked at Bryce Canyon, and Death Valley as well.
Wonderful content, truly magnificent information indeed. Please note, however, that Guadalupe Mountains National Park is not in Hawaii, rather in Texas. Not to worry, it’s unlikely many caught this. Thanks for a great video, good sir.
Really liked this one. Relaxing music & informative. I really need to get on the road and see these beautiful places while I can. National monuments and State Parks please.
That was relaxing, my family are about to rip each other's throats out and I'm stuck in the middle. Welcome to winter and cabin fever, can't wait till spring!
Have been to at least fifteen, and yes, please do the national monuments. They, too, are a sight to behold. I have been losing count on the monuments I have seen.
How cool is this Dr. Briggs, a national park just north of the San Fernando Valley in Agoura Ca. I lived many years ago near there:Cheeseboro/Palo Comado Canyon
The best idea ever was to ensure we preserve our nature for future generations. We have our own state park near us that we truly enjoy. Riverside State park. Over 9,000 acres. 55 miles of hiking trails, 25 miles of horse trails, 600 acres of ORV special terrain, campsites, etc. We also have a lake with camping, fishing, boating reserved for our Veterans and their families. Close to town and is well cared for. We love our parks! We have numerous beautiful local parks too... Of the bigger National Parks I love Yellowstone, and the North Cascades National Park, MT. Ranier, and other WA Parks. So many beautiful parks Nationwide. The Redwoods is also spectacular! Been to these as well as the Crater Lake park which is nice too... Snoqualmie Falls is nice too... Been to others in Colorado, Wyoming, Etc... 😊
You didn’t mention Glacier National Park. You did call Glacier Bay NP Glacier in the intro, but they are two distinct parks. Glacier NP is one of the most beautiful parks I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many of the ones mentioned in this post.
Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands in NM are both pretty amazing National Parks.
Heartily agree--New Mexico has much to offer outdoors.
Absolutely! Take it further! State Parks, National Monuments...all sorts of possibilities
National Parks are the jewels of our country...its hard to believe that there are so many amazingly beautiful places just in our country
From a fellow Army puke, I agree that, the national park system is “Americas best idea”.
More like this, please! We love the positive videos. I would love to see you do a series on all the state parks.
Briggs, your respectful and understated narration of facts I never knew, coupled with mellow music and astounding cinematography, make this one of your best videos ever. Bravo.
Thank you. Please share the video if you could. I love this type of video. They just don’t get the views
Yes! Do more like this. 😎
A follow up video on National Monuments would be appreciated.
Glad I'm not the only one that caught that!! GLACIER WAS STUNNING. STUNNNING.
He called Glacier Bay NP, Glacier, and forgot to mention Glacier NP in Mont. You're right about it being wondrous. The mountain goats can be pretty aggressive when they smell corn chips.
He left it out so fewer people will visit 🤫
Ground squirrels? What about the estimated 300 grizzly bears?
A different approach, no jokes just straightforwardness; thanks for featuring the Utah parks.
I just wanted to add, you're a fantastic presenter. Your excellent voice, great content and footage, tasteful appropriate music, great topics and editing - nobody does it better!
Beautiful tour of U.S. National Parks. A pleasure to watch. Yes, please do one on our beautiful state parks too.
This was so nice I don't have words for it. This was a totally different vibe for you briggs. And I am here for all of it. Gorgeous listings!
Love the positive, relaxing vibe of this video. There’s not a sane person in this world who would dislike it.
Absolutely gorgeous- all of them! Definitely the best idea ever. Would love to hear about the most visited state park in each state.
I must commend you on this video! Excellent speaking voice. Just the right amount of information on each park.
Now do the rest of the national parks. Thank you, respectfully, Wally
Yes and yes. Please do National Monuments, State Parks, and maybe National Forests, too. Nice work!
Loved this Briggs. Chill, to the point. Pretty pictures.
Wonderful! Yes, bring on the National Monuments! You may have to do that in a couple of videos.
thank you, a very soothing video to watch
Glad you enjoyed it!
Military and Veterans get your no fee pass.
As well as those with disabilities! America, the beautiful Access pass! Not valid at the national monuments like Mt. Rushmore.
Agreed! I got my pass right at the gate of Zion National park
For some reason I read that as no pet fee pass lol😒😅
I’ve had mine for a few years now.
And all you had to do was sign your life away before your brain was even fully developed enough to make a life threatening decision like joining the military.
I love my military, I just hate how people are used as pawns in another persons agenda. 😔
Thanks for your service! 🙏
Congaree NP also has Synchronous flashing fire flies. All of em blink on and off in unison.
Great video. There were a lot of parks I have never heard of. Yes, a national monuments video would be very nice to see. Thanks for all you do.
This was one of the more relaxing and peaceful videos I've seen from this channel. Just nice to watch and listen to the music and calm narrative. It's a nice break from the usual sarcastic voice narrative.

I love ❤ Cannon beach
Great presentation! We noticed White Sands National Park in New Mexico wasn’t mentioned.
Your best video yet! Thank you! Lets do National Forests next.
America is truly beautiful 🇺🇸💕
This is incredible. Expects tons of reaction videos from this one.
Probably.
Colorado National Monument, just outside of Grand Junction. I'm surprised this one hasn't become a national park. The 45-minute drive is amazing.
You should do a video on the most family / community oriented cities / states in the United States!
I think a lot of people are wanting to move away from the hustle and bustle, but not to live lonely, but to live in community.
Nice video, Briggs. Thanks!
Thanks for watching.
Beautiful! Great job. How about doing the National Forests?
Glorious! Yes, more videos like this!
State Parks would be the bomb....Those parks along with COE parks are my go to when RV camping if possible...
Great video Briggs! Would love to see videos on national monuments and state parks in each state. Thanks for doing what you do!
Thanks so much Briggs for this video 🤗
All state parks 1 or 2 at a time. GREAT video, I loved it and have been to several, nice to see them again. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for this video and everything you do. I love you channel and this is just beautiful
Thank you so much!

Beautiful video this was your best work yet.
I love my national park pass. Best $80 I spend, every year. Love being able to just pull in and see some of the most stunning sites I've ever seen, anytime I'm passing by and have the time.
This was really good. I loved the background music and beautiful photography. I wish more people had watched this…a real gem!
Really enjoyed this. National Monuments and state parks would be so fun!
This was a relaxing watch! I'd enjoy a State Parks video or series.
Yes I I would love another video like this please do.
Beautiful video- so relaxing. What a great reminder of how beautiful our country is.
Super great video, man. Does TH-cam let you edit voiceover after uploading? You left the “lā” out of Haleakalā
Great video. I’ve visited a few but well under half! … so I’ve been super impressed with some of the state parks. Northern New Mexico has some great ones.
Have fun out there
Awesome video. I’ll bet some of the least visited parks have the most beautiful scenery
As much as international travel is cool, let’s be honest. America is very diverse and slept on.
Great video, well done! Thank you!
Absolutely incredible video!!!!!!!!
State parks! Yes! I'm guessing you'd have to do it in segments because each state has so many state parks. But I wonder...are Army Corps of Engineers reservoirs considered state parks or something else? Thanks, Briggs! Another fabulous video!!

My favorite is Olympic National Park. 😊

National monuments next for sure!!
Please do a video about the state and county parks no one covers them.😊
