@@AS-lk8sb You can probably have a home office but you need to be registered with a broker and that requires going into an office and of course you have to show homes. I’m not sure if you can work 100% from home as a real estate agent.

I recently began buying Rasperry Pi's and equipment cheap in order to add value to them by making more out of them in terms of usability so that I can resell them for just a bit more. For example creating Gaming Consoles out of them, Media Centers, Home surveillance stations, using cases that ler you attach you hard drives that are way faster and have more capacity than a microSD, that is normally used for these single board computers. Or simply adding a nice casing but also an operating system that let's you choose between several operating systems of your choosing easy. The ideas and possbilities are endless, it's a passion of mine, it requires skill and knowledge about certain technical areas. Just yesterday my first auctions went live. There will be a constant flow of energy in terms of money in and out, and another Reading told me that this is what I should strive for. Another reading said that whatever I have in mind to just go for it and it will work out.
It won't make me rich, but In love doing it.
I never was really creative, I'm more of a Tech guy, but I think I really found something here. There are tons of ideas coming in. More than I have time for to realize them all at once, but I'm making notes and I have time.
