we have low budget because we dont have market outside kerala... just recently we strtd collecting little from other states .. so we dont have option for high budget...so normaly for surviving we did what was best for us... now as market grows malayalam will also become high budget movie industry and as collection and budget grows renumeration also grows .. slowly we wil also become like others .. but yea we are still more rooted than south bombay people... so yes our stories will be more relatable
@aswinraghu692 we dont have market because people are not aware of Malayalam movies and actors Whereas Telugu, Tamil, kannada movies and actors have always been popular in the north since dubbed hindi versions were getting telecasted in Hindi channels Prabhas was popular in the north even before bahubali, that helped the movie So were Allu Arjun, Vijay, Yash etc But nobody really knew Unni mukundan before Marco, hell there are audiences in the North who doesn't even know Mammooty and Mohanlal
