Thank you for your deep concern. Yes it's char nishchar. We should pronounce like that. All mantras are transcripted from Sanskrit to tibetan and transliterated from Tibetan to English. So the root of mantra is in Sanskrit. Char means move Nishchar means rise. Once again thank you.

The reason is : Sanskrit sound is supreme and carries additional blessing in addition to the faith , devotion and meaning . In verse no.2 "prahasat" somehow got lost in the Tibetan translation . I wonder why Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen left it out? Then all Tibetan lineages just followed suit .Luckily the Sanskrit text is still around . There is a Sanskrit transliteration (ekaviṃśatistotra which includes the benefits section) in the Tibetan Dege Kangyur itself - Volume 94 pecha page 407-4 to 408-7 . Nicely , especially for you . Friend I don't have Tara Eka vimshati stotra in Sanskrit version. In future If I get the Sanskrit version then sure, I'll recite. At 3.49 'la' chandala is correct but left to input text. At 4.28 kulam is correct but left to input. At 4.58 tejovati 'jo' is correct but left to input.at 5.02 vajra is right vajra ankush.
