You do, but there's less movement in the interior rooms on the ship. Most people take medication for it if they need to so they can still enjoy the trip. If you start taking it early, like a day or two before the trip, most people don't feel sick at all
Honestly I know slots are in favor of the casino but I always feel buffaloes specifically are worse than most I hit a bonus once and literally got like 5 cents I was livid and haven’t played it since because every time I would it barely hit regular line hits
