And most importantly, they are designed and built to last in the time and to be easily repairable. They sell a lot of spare parts. That's why all the tools fixers love this brand. Very very good tools
Mikita makes excellent power tools, probably one of the best companies in the trades. A cousin of mine is a retired woodworker and he has been using those tools for years. He swears by them.
If you’re going to buy Makita online is the way to go. Their in-store present isn’t great. At Home Depot they’re like Matabo HPT at Lowe’s. They’re constantly being shifted around and not much of selection.
I'm still waiting for thier 40v line to expand. It's the only brand that has me rethinking the power that milwaukee fuel tools give me for makitas precision and adjustability
Unlike Milwaukee/Dewalt/Flex, Makita focuses more on quality, durribility and repairability, while still performing well. Makita tools will still be going strong when other brands are taking up space in landfills. Only Hilti makes more reliable tools
I had a friend that used to work at a rental yard and equipment rental yard and everything that used to run on gas or electric when I work there has all switched over to Makita’s

Makita was one of the first battery powered tool companies out there. My dad had a cordless drill and he passed away in 1991.
They have a huge line, quality, and does well with spare parts for repairs. 👍
Don't forget the battery protection, that's the main reason I went Makita. Also solid line of outdoor tools (xgt mower is great)

They’re the best
Old carpenter. Most of my tools are Makita. Great tools that really work.
Weren't they the big boys before DeWalt?
This explains a lot.

They have a coffee maker
I love Makita, their 18ga cordless nailer is a bit clunky though.
I have the 40v version. It’s fantastic.
They use to have a battery coffee maker
Has this channel become a platform for tool advertisements?
Yes.
Most tools are made in china now but not all Chinese tools are created equally. Makita and Milwaukee are the best.
