Gvm has a great ear for music and there's no denying it. I've a query tho- why did his movie with Raja fail? Lots of people claim that Raja's bgm was too overpowering and didn't really gel with gvm's vision. Few even claim that gvm was disappointed. I'm not certain of whether this is true or not but considering he chose not to work with IR again, it's probably true. That being said, I feel the album is brilliant and is classic Raja.

For 'Thenral Vanthu', there is in fact a new rendition in a Telugu movie that released in 2015. 'Challa gaali taakutunna' from 'Yevade Subramanyam'...needless to say, i love it.
