In order to legally run a database reactivation campaign or a google review campaign via sms or email we need to have the clients opt in and agree to receving the sms and emails. My concern is what if i run into a business that has a datebase of past customers but they dont have the permission from the customers via opt in? How would we send messages to their customers when they have no opt in process? Would it be realistic to expect businesses to change their whole system and implement an opt in on option ?
In todays age a business shoupld be able to communicate with clients or customers via email or text so yes they should be getting compliance or have that compliance in a terms of service agreement. For existing users you may want to email them with special offer and get them to opt ion via a form on a landing page for future sms messages.
Manually sending the requests from the business owners cell phone gets an 80% review rate and doesn’t need A2P or opt in. Automated messages have less than 30% conversion rate.
Bad idea to do a google review campaign DBR. Google does not like a flood of reviews coming in. There’s a lot of stuff high levelers do that’s not at all good for their ranking and lots of stuff actually hurts their GBP strength.
In reality, it is unlikely (depending on service and targeted reactivation contacts) that they will all come back with a review quickly. Sounds like a High Level automation could be built to segment the whole database, like a reverse drip campaign. -- add subgroup tags for each import maybe and use that to be autmated through the review request. -- On top of that, may as well automate a referral request automation (if this is done before your review request, you can gauge the activation and who would be likely to review your services, and prioritize those connections as well)
Thanks for actually walking us through this. Other specialists just show it, but don't instruct how to build it. I commend you!!!
Wow thank you so much I appreciate that. I do put lots iof work into my videos and appreciate when my subscribers see that. Thanks for watching.

OBS. Thank you for watching.
Hi, for the IF statement is it better to use CONTAINS instead of IS. In case they don't just reply with a number alone?
Thank you for that. Have a great day.
How does this not fall within the review gating guidelines that Google revised recently? Any thought's? I like the idea but want to be careful.
I would have to suggest definetly reading the Google guidelines before implementing a RM system. Thank you for watching.

Can this case be used via WhatsApp?
Not the way whatsapp is used in GHL today.
If they fill out the survey and give us their name and email - won't it create a duplicate contact in GHL? Could get messy.
No duplicate. GHL will find the contact based upon the email and update the other information if different.
@@HLGuy Yup. I did a test and found that out haha. Thanks Ray!
the trigger link for 5-star using Html won't work.. any ideas anyone?
Sorry I outsource those types of things. You might want to hire some on fiverr to review and maybe make it work for you. Thank you for watching.

Thank you for your input. Would you like to comment about what Highlevelers are doing wrong and how it hurts their GBP strength?
