    They say that Andy still hasn’t spoken, to this very day … (great video, thank you!)

    This is the 30 min workout video that I used last year to get ready for skiing. It is good for building up the leg muscles and reinforcing basic ski form.

    This is such a great workout! I’ve tried a few snowboard workouts recently, most of which have been good, but too intense for my current level of fitness, and none I felt had proper warmups or cooldowns. I just about kept up with this one, which gives me the confidence to push a little harder next time knowing I won’t put myself in the hospital Plus I was able to visualise how this applies to my boarding and adapt it based on my riding style. And the stretching time at the end is much appreciated. Thank you!

    Köszönöm a szuper gyakorlatokat! Két hete minden este végigcsinálom a tornát. Holnap megyek síelni, bízom a megerősödött lábaimban...

    Recently discovered your video and I've been doing your exercise routine for months. Love the mix of strength and balance exercises. Today was the first day out skiing and I've never felt so fit on the first day.

      That's great to hear because I'll be doing my first workout today in preparation for a snowboard trip at the end of March 2024.

      Back here year two after using this a couple of times a week 7 weeks prior to the slopes. Never have a had more stamina or fresher legs in the morning after a days riding.
      Fell short this year, only 10 days until I ride so I’ll prob regret not having this sorted sooner.
      Doesn’t feel like it’s doing much but the results on slope are well worth it.

    This was great. I appreciate the great cool down at the end and will incorporate the stretches into my routine after skiing.

    Great workout, exactly what I was looking for, for this winter in Japan. I also do the same poses in my yoga practice to warm up and cool down for snowboarding :)

    20 minutes of explaining and rest.10 minutes of exercise. Felt like a waste of time. Show me once and get to it. Any lower body hiit feels more effective.

    • @EvanSmith-zb5fl
      @EvanSmith-zb5fl ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GKVideography yep, and some people actually work in the ski industry and know what a proper workout should look like...

    • @GKVideography
      @GKVideography ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sound, so if you know why are you watching? There definitely wasn’t 20 mins of explaining. Hence why I asked if you watched the same video.

      well yes that’s the difference between physios and workout influencers. Physiotherapists actually know how to prevent injuries and work on our muscles properly, thats what we study for 4 years. So as a physio I apologize for looking out for your body health and explaining so that you understand whats happening to you body
