all you have to do to meet people is set up somewhere public and do whatever you want. If I want to make new friends I just go to an area with sidewalks and either play guitar or setup a chess board and hang out. eventually someone who whatever you're doing connects with will come along and you'll make a friend :)
Honestly I think a lot of the reasons why my fellow trans girls dont want bottom surgery is partially cope from the fact that most of us will literally never be able to afford it, and partially that the dysphoria seems less intense than the risks and recovery, espectially considering anal just straight up feels better for amabs in many cases

I think the most important thing about sex or masturbation when you're on E is that the sensations you feel will be different, not worse or better fundamentally, but different. I came to find that stimulation and orgasms are more so felt throughout my body and spread out rather than solely concentrated in one area. That's just my experience with being on E.
I'm on T and I have found the opposite: I only need to take care of my crotch now to complete the task, which wasn't possible before. I also find that it changes the libido quite a lot.
