Why he is there?

He can eat in the small fast food shops ...when he order he can tell them not to put Tuna or any kind of meat in the sandwich coz the sandwich would be filled with what the customer want
If he stays in Tunis the capital there are some vegan food in the fancy neighborhood but they are a bit expensive so I recommend that he cook for himself in his house it's better
