Michael, this looks amazing! Great job on the teardrop work! Love the video explaining the process, decision making steps, the reasons for specific builds and add on onto it! Great job! JDE
Second Act Yeah, that big blue cooler sure does look out of place. I wish I could have bought one in green. I never thought of wrapping it. It’s a great idea!
M Langford Good luck on getting your PC back up. I appreciate the kind words! I’m headed to the shop as we speak to film my DIY door latch construction. Fingers crossed that it will work. Lol!
Hello friend! Thanks for your videos! Could you tell me what kind of wood you used to make the ceiling beams? I have doubts because some woods warp with heat. Thank you very much.
Thank you! I don’t remember the #, but if you type “LED RV wall light” in eBay’s search box, you’ll find what you’re looking for. They have lots of really nice ones to choose from.
Great job on your build and excellent photography too! Just recently discovered your channel and I am going to go back and check out your earlier videos of the build. Mike is there an order to them ie which ones come first other than the time stamp I don’t see one though some are kind of obvious?
Good day Mike. Awesome Teardrop build. Your attention to detail is superb!!! I have a question. Did you have a set of plans that you used for the build? Have a blessed day and thanks for sharing your videos and photos.
Stephen M Daigle Thank you very much! The build had been lots of fun. I actually drew my own blueprints for the teardrop. I drew them on a CAD program based on my desired dimensions of 5’ wide 9’ Long and 4.5’ tall. I plan to do a video on the design process very soon. Be watching for it. Thanks again for chiming in!
You are so welcome Sir. I am currently watching all of your videos and getting caught up on them. I look forward to your video on the design process. I have a CAD program, so look forward to see what you did with it. Thanks again for your response.
mark smith It will be a sandwich. 1/4” ply for inner walls, 5/8” ply for the skeleton core (will fill spaces with foam), and then 1/8” ply for outside. I’ll be skinning with .040” aluminum. Thanks so much!
Just a comment about the stove, it's kind of really really close to the wood. With wind the flame could get closer to the wood and make it quite warm, will also change the color of the varnish. I suggest you place a heat protection and get the stove maybe 3 inches further from the end of the drawer or so..
I was thanking 4 feet was small for me I was thanking 6 feet why 6 feet thanking it be simple just cut one sheet in 1/2 and add it to each side but I like the size of it
Thanks for the response! I have a hard time finding a 4x8 axel with brakes! Do you have any idea where to get it? Or does it matter if the axel has a break or not? I heard for certain weights and up it should have brakes!?
Pure Therapy If your trailer is a light weight 4x8, you may be fine without them. Your tow vehicle and local laws will also come into play. I’d say give “e-trailer” a call. Those guys should have what you need.

Riffmeister I’d say check out my playlist page. I believe the “Teardrop Camper Build” playlist is in order. Thanks so much for watching!!
Hello, I was wondering where you got the color changing recessed lights ?
It was an eBay purchase. Just search for LED color changing strip lighting.

Are you using just one sheet of plywood on the sides? No insulation? Looks great by the way.

I plan to make a shield. Thanks for the suggestion!

Are you going to sell your other camper
I don’t know. I haven’t used my larger one for a couple years now. Probably not, but who knows.
@@CampandCamera I would love to possibly buy it.

Aaron Davis Hmmm...hadn’t thought of it like that before. 6 ft would sure be nice!
Where did you get the Axle?
Pure Therapy It actually came on the frame. It’s a 3,500lb axle, but I’m putting 2,000lb springs on it.
