Hi I'm not sure there's a more thorough video on the Hobbywing settings out there ! Many thanks for the work

on throttle rate: I personally always use 30 and try to reduce the agressivness of the motor with other settings (boost, softening, drive freq, timing). Because you need that quick power response. Throttle rate works with a bit of delay and i hate delay. I want the power when i need it. Especially while beeing in the air. This is true especially for 1/10th carpet/astro racing

Awesome information, I definitely see that for 1/10 carpet/astro racing

Interesting. Having gone 2.2 with my HW XR10 pro , I've just installed the XR8 pro and I'm hoping it can deliver a lot more amps and get my Losi 22S to a flat 2 on a dry tire . I do like the throttle map using the OTA , similar to my R1 car . Thanks for the info .

Will the data logger work on an rtr drag slash?

Yes, if you have the HOBBYWING Esc and the OTA on your Drag Slash.

Use the softening valve and range, increase drive frequency or both

@@RCstreetwars now I have 30 soft range and 50 value, 20k pwm , throttle rate 15 but at the exit of the corner if i push the accelerator i have too much torque

@@awastyle9198 it sounds like you’re just going to have to take all of your torque reduction tools and set them at the points that produce minimum torque and adjust from there. This includes throttle rate control. Make sure you have your smoothing range and smoothing value set to maximum, I do not recommend any more than 24K PWM.

@@RCstreetwars OK, thanks a lot. you have to adjust the accelerator in every corner to make it accelerate well and not slip. it becomes difficult to be constant on the lap. Throttle curve or speed on radio control can Help?
