I love this song and it's a good performance. But the best performance of Adagio is the one from The Singer competition 2017 in China and he also plays the piano there. There is no version which is better than this one. This version is waaaay more emotional than the one from Sochi, 2018. He literally sang for survival as he was almost voted out on the last episode of Uptown Funk. That's why he had to give everything at Adagio. In this version Dimash takes this song to another level. A really beautiful song❤️. A song that Lara Fabian (a Belgian-Canadian singer) has already sung and also written the lyrics for. Dimash has always been a great admirer of Lara. The emotions that Dimash sends out with this performance literally hit me physically every time🤯. And you can see there that I’m not the only one. I love his outfit with his blue suit and white shoes. If you watch several videos of him, you will see that he often falls on his knees during many of his performances. So a Dear gave him knee pads as a gift. I don’t think he wore them on stage though. Although he has certainly gotten one or two bruises😂. Actually, this version of "Adagio" is not the most impressive at all. That would be the 2017 performance on the Chinese reality show, I Am a Singer. Well worth experiencing, some have called it Dimash's most spectacular vocal performance.
I agree 100%, Dimash feels inwardly all the words he sings, and this is something that is not seen in so many singers, they debit hollow words that do not convey anything, they are hollow words.
