pro tip : you can watch movies on kaldroStream. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.

Why not increase the aperture and get the entire watch in focus in one shot ?

I like the new watch very much. If you are interested in selling it, I will accept it.

WHY use the "stack and stitch" process with multiple images? Any photographer has at least one lens whose depth-of-field can cover the entire thickness of a watch. Can you not capture front-to-back focus by adjusting light, aperture and distance to subject?

Kent Olinger I realize this is 6 months ago, but If you're still interested in knowing the answer, let me know!

@@ViktorTatarczuk Why wouldn't you have just answered it instead of saying let me know?

@@dalton1824 I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he had found out himself in the meantime. He clearly has photography experience, so I found it quite likely that he sought out the answer anyways.

Obviously because when the aperture is to small, F16 and smaller for example, it would make the image not as sharp as it would on wider aperture. A professional watch photo need not only to be focused, but also sharp.
