well done! One of my all time favourite sets of bells. You'd find it much easier if you stood quite a bit further forward, then you're not drawing the rope backwards and adding resistance, which will only make it harder for you :) good effort though. :)
Well done. One advice I must say, is that your making it hard for yourself to catch the Sallie, because your having one front closer than the other. But overall you did OK.
