I'm having trouble with lillia but not amumu/ramus. I only had problems with amumu in my first few matches against him before I realized how much damage he does for no reason with liandry and full build.

I have truly learned that match-ups don't matter watching you. I found a build that works for me and in the last few games, I have a 50% win rate. I am usually around 38% with Briar. By the way, I am using a crit build. Kinda glass canonish but if you pick your fights it works for me. Thanks L0ganJG

i will try playing briar jg to see if it works for my play style or to at least get to know how it works to find a way to defeat it or stall it , the last time i played jg was a stomp with udyr S+ (dont remember what i did at jg but what i know is that i tanked 1v5, killed 3 and got out of there, after that i played udyr top and still got S-, unfortunally i never played udyr again), the other two times that i ended up doing good at jg was kayn and jarvan, i need to learn more about jg to be better at the game overall, just knowing more will make me have better vision of the game.

My own reason for thinking Rammus matchup is impossible is because I don’t really know his kit at all besides his ult so that’s on me to learn it and think about how a Rammus wants to play. I ban him because in past games, since I don’t know what he does or what to look for, he just owns my ass because I didn’t wait for him to taunt before I engage. This is good shit, maybe I don’t have to be so afraid of him if I just play smarter and learn.

Why not use E-skills on dragons?
Although you can't expect the E skill to do much damage against dragons, I thought it would still be able to defeat dragons a little faster.

hey this is very nice to ask. And I had the same questions too. Some of the more og players in my comunity is telling me that e is probably very important if not the most important spell of Briar's, if you would let w slide as the most offensive spell. Say e is like another form of Guardian Angel of Birar's, basically without e, your chance of survivaing in fights drops much lower, especially when they contest your dragon. E is super duper important for survival and remember dont e too early in fight, only after you did some auto attack and have become very low on health.
E will make killing dragon faster yes!
But if you use E then enemies might try to punish you!
It is not worth the risk!
Your E-skill does less damage in the same amount of time two auto-attacks would otherwise take to perform in the late-game. Also, if you use your E-skill on the dragon and there is the potential for a team fight to break out, you most definitely want to have your E-skill ready to block damage and break your frenzy.

Rammus players think they're gonna "cancel her healing lol" but she doesn't play like WW who relies on AA and passive to heal.
Her bleed, W chomp and E are the biggest sources of healing, and she is not a champion who relies on AA as her main source of damage like Bel'veth or Yi.
My guess is that just like Amumu or Noc they counter her because their engage is annoyingly direct and they have solid tools to lock her W away (Amumu with double Q plus ult CC, Noc with fear and spellshield (smitable/tiamatable, still annoying))
But then again when you're sauced with the goat like Mr Logan the champs might be annoying but "nah he'd win"

I never understood why people moan about this match up, I feel like Rammus is infinitely easier than a good kayn or ekko to deal with and has been since briar came out. Briar packing armor shred in her base kit is a huge perk into rammus.
PS: not saying i think ekko or kayn are "impossible match ups" just I feel like both these champions have way better options to make briar's life a misery, Ekko's kit punishes predictable movement very hard and has an escape from being caught out. I'd rather match into rammus anyday than these two champions as rammus is way more strait forward to outplay.
