Every time I watch these luxury home videos, I am amazed how many young gorgeous 28 year old ladies wearing slinky dresses own these properties.
The design isnt smart for Vancouver rainy weather. There's a reason houses are designed differently in California, They dont need overhang to protect walls from the rain.....lol. Mildue, mold, whatever. Enjoy! I guess if ya got the money you can afford to not be realistic.
